Shipping Policy
1. Free standard shipping is available on orders that total $99. Sub-total of order must be greater than or equal to $99 after discounts/coupons are applied.

2. Order Processing
– All orders are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total order weight/box size and destination. Rates will be provided at checkout.

You can use your tracking number on the cargo company website (e.g. UPS or USPS) to check the status of your shipment. If you have created an account with ShopToyHouse you can also log into your account, and check on your order under “Order History” to view the tracking number.

11. Lost or Stolen Packages
– If you have not received your package, and the tracking information states that the order has been delivered, please try the following:
-Make sure to check everywhere around the delivery location. Cargo companies sometimes will leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places such as your patio, in front of your garage, or your porch.
-You may also call or visit cargo company with the tracking number. Cargo company be able to ask the carrier where the package may have been left.
-If the tracking information show the item was returned to us, please email emailaddress for further assistance.
-Late Packages may be due to:
-Incorrect address
-Payment Delay or Issue
– Cargo company failure to deliver, e.g. severe weather conditions
-Any changes made to the order after submitting an order
– If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact our customer service. We will work hard to resolve the issue.

Returns Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from ShopToyHouse. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:
